I like their expansive selection (especially when they bring out new seasonal flavours to try I.e. the sago milk tea). I've been coming here since the day it opened. But throughout the years, they've listened to my requests when modifying my drink. I don't like drinking super sweet boba, and they always listen. They have no problem making things right when they've misheard an order and will gladly make a brand new order to your liking.
Some of the drinks I order are coconut milk tea, oolong milk tea or grass jelly milk tea, all with 30% sugar and 70% less ice + herbal jelly added into the mix. I don't add bubbles because I got tired of it. Also, it gets busy during weekday/weekend nights. So come early, but they're pretty efficient and fast.
In summary, I recommend this place to anyone who wants their first bubble tea experience to be a good one. Enjoy! -

I'm from Orange County, and I've only been here this one time, and my drink was great. I got the herbal milk green milk tea and it was one of the best milk tea drinks I've had, which says a lot considering I'm from Orange County. I came with 9 other people and tried their drinks and I also had no complaints. Great place to go if you're in Winnipeg!

I enjoy their bubble tea. however if you drink one before bed time it is very hard to fall asleep

A nice place to hang out and spend some quality time with friends. The beverages and the teas are really delicious, not to mention the place is very cute and cozy. I highly recommend panda tea!

Why is Panda Tea so good?
1. Great bobas.
b. Probably the best milk tea in the city.
3. They let you choose the amount of sugar and ice. Great for a perfect taro slush.
4. Real fruit. Real strawberries, mango. They have legit watermelon slush in the summer.
5. Large selection of a variety of teas and also have coffee, and sweets.
6. Free wifi. I can't stay too long to abuse this though, or I'd wind up living there for hours and I'd be broke (and fat).
I travel a lot and get bubble tea (milk tea, especially) whenever I see it abroad to find the best. This, and Tea Break in Hartford, Connecticut (honey milk tea) are the best milk teas I've ever had so far. Asia City has some competitive slush flavors, coconut in particular.
Only downside is the cost.
Cost of 2 milk teas at Panda is around 10-11 CAD.
Cost of 2 milk teas elsewhere is 7-9 CAD.
Hopefully this reflects superior ingredients, but the flavors I've experienced at places who serve milk tea for cheaper taste just as good. I-Tea in particular is equally as good but actually give more bobas than what I tend to get at Panda.
It'd would be nice if the basic milk teas could be more competitively priced.
